Purchases & Transactions
All transactions may be conducted electronically, including the delivery of receipts, invoices, and other related documents. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely retaining copies of all transaction records for their personal files, as duplicate copies may not always be available upon request. If a package is missing, delayed, or not received, customers must report the issue within 30 days of the transaction date. If you don’t report within this timeframe, we may be able to investigate or provide a resolution.

Prices, taxes, shipping, and payment terms are subject to change. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Just so you know, orders may be declined or canceled at our discretion.
 
All Sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
